Public Folders

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: Exchange

I don't see any performance increase in Entourage 2008 in regards to bringing up Public Folders. It is incredibly slow. Anyone been able to find a silver bullet for speeding it up or will Entourage always be slower than Outlook in this regard?
