Publish after hard drive crash

Hi,

My system -
Frontpage 2000
Windows XP Prof

I've been using fp for 5+ years but never had this issue. My hard drive
crashed and until I get it fixed, I re-installed FP on a spare computer,
downloaded my site and everything's good but...everytime I publish, FP wants
to upload every single file even though I check the "changes only" box.

It doesn't seem to know who I am even though I log in with the same user
name, etc.

Any suggestions?

The first time you publish from a new PC, you have to publish all to get
your local and remote sites in sync. After that, you can publish changes
only.
