Publish All Information appears to not work

We recently selected the Publish All Information button on a new version of a
previously imported project plan. This plan had tasks that had been worked
on previously, with team members logging actual hours against some of the
tasks. After publication, some team members could see all their tasks in PWA
and others could not. We selected one of the resources that could not see
all of his tasks, republished his assignments, and the previously missing
tasks showed up in PWA as new tasks. Has anyone else run into this? We are
planning to republish all assignments one resource at a time because we don't
trust the Publish All Information button...

It would be a lot easier just to Republish all assignments ratherr than doing
them one at a time.

If you trust that the actuals in the plan are accurate, then you can select
the checkbox to overwrite actuals in resources' timesheeets. That will
ensure that the project is in synch with the timesheets.

If you are not sure that the actuals are correct, then do not check the box.
When you later accept updates from your resources, their timesheet entries
will overwrite the actuals in the plan.
