Publish calender private but not using Live Id.

I want to know if we can publish the outlook calender to specific people at
my workplace using office email id. I do not want to make the calendar public
but only want to send it to the concerned people.

We do not have Ms Exchange server installed.

you can make the calendar private but give permission to your coworkers.
Or, if all use Outlook 2007, you can publish it to a local webdav server or
send an non-updating calendar by email.
