I use OL2003 on Exchange 2003.
Currently when I set up a meeting request the default for the amount of
published Free/Busy time (i.e. my calendar schedule) defaults to 2 months. I
know as a individual I can amend this to publish more of my schedule for
other staff who are inviting me to a meeting so they can see more of free and
busy availability.
However is there a setting on Exchange that allows me to increase the
default 2 months to say 6 months as a default option for all users that are
on our Exchange?
Any thoughts on this welcome.
