Publish/Design Contact Form in Outlook 2003

We would like to change the layout of the Contact template so that we can
include e.g. the 'modified' field, as it is very helpful for instance if
there are multiple contact entries etc. We know we can check that under File
- Properties but it would save time if we can see it e.g. under the address
box.

Now we have 2 problems:
1. We don't know how to amend the Contact template like in Word 'normal.dot'
as we cannot find the template.
2. When we try to create/publish a contact form the 2003 Contact form
changes to the old layout of 97/2000. Why is this happening? Because if we
couldn't change the contact template we could place an amended contact form
under the Organizational Forms library but this doesn't make sense with the
old layout.

Any good ideas?

Tools | Forms | Design a Form. See

your new, published form the default.

Probably because Microsoft didn't want to make the picture control available
to programmers.
