Publish Enterprise Custom Fields

Hi,

I have tried to read the different threads about this issue but I couldn't
understand the conclusion around it...

so this is how it goes -
I'm trying to publish Enterprise Custom Fields to PWA but when looking on
their columns in My Tasks page they are all blank.

And the otherway around, when updating these fields in PWA and Updating the
tasks the Data on Enterprise Custom Fields isn't being updated in the
scheudle.

is this a bug?

by the way - this is MSP 2007

You need to use the custom fields in a project by exposing them in a view.
Once they contain values, you must publish your project plan which will push
the fields out to PWA.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response,
Can you help me out here a little bit?
I have added this field to the Enterprise Gantt Chart and inserted values to
this field.
Then I Have published it but still couldn't see and values in the My Tasks
grid...
And vice versa when entered values through My tasks grip it didn't import
them to the schedule.

What am I doing wrong?

Did you modify the My Assignments view in PWA to include the fields?

Dear Gary,

We've got the same problem with EPM 2007

We added some enterprise custom fields.
Filled these fields in MSP with text and published it. We also modified the
my assignment view in PWA to add a the desired custom enterprise field to the
view.

But we do not see the text we've entered in MSP.

We hope to get an answer for this.
