Hi All

Been designing a new contact form which I would like users to use when they
post to a particular Public FOlder. I followed the instructions on Microsoft
Support about KB244591. But what next? I go to publish in Outlook but I
don't see what I created appearing in the list of locations.

I tried Organisation Forms but I get "an error has occured".

Do I simple publish it to the public folder I want to use then select use
this custom form?

I just don't see the where the KB article comes in.

Cheers
Paul

That article has nothing to do with your scenario. You need to use the
Browse button in the publish dialog and publish the form to the public
folder's forms library. You must be an owner of the public folder before you
can publish a form there. The form will then be available from the folder's
Actions menu. You can also make it the default for the folder; see
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm
