Publish InfoPath form for people without InfoPath

How do I publish/save an infopath form so that people without infopath can
use it?

Hey Gopher,
You will need to use InfoPath 2007 and create a web based form this form
template can then be published to a SharePoint server with InfoPath Form
Services. This will allow a user to view and submit the form using their web
browser rather than the InfoPath Client

I am new to InfoPath and exploring this as a better option to gather data
from my team.

Following up from Gopher's enquiry, I was wondering if the publishing of
InfoPath Form in a web based form is done only via the SharePoint server? How
about the normal IIS webserver?
