Publish invitation in free/busy

Hi There !

I am running Outlook2003 and Exchange2k3.

If Person1 invites me to a meeting for e.g. 9.00AM this is not published in
freebusy-information, so that Person2 can invite me for the same time,
because he cannot see, that there is already an appointment.

Is it possible to publish incoming invitations automatically as tentative in
my freebusy-Information (maybe even when outlook is offline) ? Is that a
thing that has to be set in Outlook or on Exchange-Server ?

Thanks in advance,

Martin Schmeling

You could set Outlook to automatically decline conflicting appointments in
Resources Scheduling.

Yes, I can, but this is only done, when I am invited as a resource. This
doesn´t really solve my problem.
I want to show invitations in the freebusy overview. But it is not shown
until I habe manually read the invitation I publish my freebusy-info every
minute to the server, but it has no effect to the freebusy-display when I
haven´t read or accepted the invitation.
