Publish It with Microsoft Word

I have created a report in MS Access. When I choose
Tools/Office Links/Publish It with MS Word, the report
detail prints, does a page break, the footer line with the
date/time prints on page 2, does a page break and then
more detail prints on page 3. I am not sure why I keep
getting the page break before the footer line. Other
Access reports I have created that I then send to Word do
not have this problem.

Any help will be appreciated.
