Publish It with Microsoft Word

I have created a database where I would like the end user to be able to
"Publish It with Microsoft Word" where they can cut and paste a portion or
all of the report but I am not sure how to do this. I can preview but I can
not cut from a preview. Any suggestions? Thank you all in advance.
