publish new and changed assignment

Hello Dear:
I got a help before and now I have installed WGsetup.exe
on my computer and create association. When I test the
file to myseld I can not open it. The error message is
that the MS project cannot open the file. I am using e-
mail publishing.
Please help me on this really appreciated
