Publish New Assignments...without my advise !

Hello,
I was designing a custom dialog box in MSPJ 2002 Pro stand alone (no
connection on a server)
I saved my dialog box and ...the Publish Assignment procedure ran by itself,
without my advise !
NB : my resources don't have any email address.

So now I have a lot of yellow envelope icons in the "Indicators" field and
the Response Pending field has the value "Yes" on each row.
As these value are "read only", how can I get rid of them ?

Any idea ?
