Publish option not enabled/highlighted

Hello!

I am using project professional with project 2007. I created a new
project , add tasks to it. My problem is that after saving the project
from professional when i try to publish that "publish" option is not
highlighted/enabled in the file menu. Same is the case "collabrate"
menu.

Plz help me in sorting out this issue.

But the status at the bottom of project professional shows as
"connected"!

Have you actually got the permission to publish a project. This might have
been taken away from you (though Project Managers can publish by default)
