Publish plan different domain

Can you publish a plan from project 2003 to Project server 2003 from a laptop
that logs into a domain different from the domain the servers reside in?
Architecture: Server A - Sharepoint, Project Server 2003 DOMAIN B
Server B - MS SQL Server DOMAIN B

Laptop - XPPro Project 2003 DOMAIN A

What authentication required and aded steps to work or do you have to be in
the same domain? More infor required, please let me know.
