Publish Problem

Hello,

We have Project Server 2003. sometimes we have a problem with the publish.
I tried to publish all information and republish + overwrite actuals.
Resources are receiving e-mails, they can report actuals from PWA.
But, they can't choose a summary task when they are trying to create new
task,
The summary option for this project is gray. for other projects are OK (so I
don't have a permission problem).
At the project center I see the last publish date is 10 days ago but I know
for sure that I published the gantt twice today.
From PWA, when I try to drill down to the gantt, I get a message that there
is no information.

I think that something happend to the publish.

Any idea ?
