publish project information to the web

i need some help about the publishing projects on the web, 'cos i have this topic on my skill standards for MPC.

I know obout how to save a file as a web page but then how can i publicate it????

please if some body knows about it.

To publish a project in Project Server 2002 or 2003, do the following:

1. Click Collaborate - Publish - Project Plan to publish only the project
plan to Project Web Access.

2. Click Collaborate - Publish - New and Changed Assignments to publish
only the task assignments to PWA for each team member in the project. In
the Publish New and Changed Assignments dialog, you can change the text of
the outgoing email message by clicking the Edit message text button.

3. Click Collaborate - Publish - All Information to do steps #1 and #2
simultaneously, but you cannot edit the text of the outgoing email message.
