Publish Site - Not Available

Hi. I've just created my first website but the 'publish site' option under
file is greyed out so I can't click on it. Anyone know why it would do this?
Is there something I didn't do in my website or is it the FrontPage program?

It's grayed out because you haven't actually created a web site...probably
only "loose" pages.

To create a web site:
Open FP
File | New Site
you probably did not do that.
