publish the project changes to team memeber via e-mail

Hello Dear,
At my previous work, I was able to publish ( send notification) the status
of the project to the team member through e-mail.
I am not able to set it up know!!
Would u please help me out and thank you Majid

Hi Majid,

I assume you are not using Project Server and wish to use the email
collaboration features.
