Publish to CD in PowerPoint 2007

I am trying to publish to CD in PowerPoint 2007 and am encountering a few
problems. I am able to create the file and open to view. But upon opening,
any tabs set do not align correctly. Also, I have a number centered inside a
circle on mulitple slides. Upon opening, the number is aligned left. Any
thoughts?

Thank you in advance!

In Options, do you choose to publish with or without the PowerPoint Viewer
2007? The Viewer 2007 cannot start from CD, thus if you choose to include it
on CD, the PPTX files are converted to the PPT file format of PowerPoint
97-2003 and the "old" Viewer 2003 is used, which might cause problems.

If you do not include the Viewer ("archive file"), PPTX is saved, but the
recipient needs PowerPoint 2007 to view the file (or the 2007 Viewer or the
Compatibility Pack, which will both down-convert the file).

Another issue: If you used any fonts, which might not be available on every
computer, make sure that they are embedded (and that you have the license to
embed them).

Best regards,
Ute
