publish to pdf - extraneous copy

when I publish to .mht, how do I get rid of the extraneous copy such as the
tag line at the bottom of the sheet
"Created with Microsoft Office OneNote 2007
One place for all your notes and information"

and the page date etc.

Also when I publish to pdf it adds a page number at the bottom of the page -
not formatted properly to the other text with sec. name on it. - how do I get
rid of it?
