Publish to the web issue

I've been using MS Publisher 2003 since December 2004. Just recently when
publishing to the web Publisher does not open the web server's folder that I
normally save to. In other words, all goes accordingly when publishing to
the web but now the server does not open even though I'm connected after log
in prompt; no error messages either. Any suggestions, my web host seems to
be at a lost just as I am?

I'm not seeing enough info here.
What happens when you log into your server account?
Does Pub lock up?
Is it frozen?
Does it start to copy pages and stop, or not at all?
Can you click on folders on the server?
Can you see folders?
Can you see files?
Give me some details to work with.

Thanks for responding:

After loggin onto server I see my web folder begin to open in the Publish to
folder box but no files appear prohibiting copying. After 4 minutes to
process just stops with no web files appearing. I receive no error messages.
Nothing locks up or freezes unless I cancel when publishing to the web then
I resort to End task thru Task Manager. Server host says they recently
updated the server but my permissions still remain current and intact.

After you experience this do you visit your site and delete the browser
cache and then test if your site was successfully updated? If not please do
so and advise.
