Publish two Forms to Same Document Libray

I have two InfoPath 2007 forms - [ Employee Entrance and Employee Exit ]
Each form has its own Main datasource - No external Database or XML storage.
They will be published to MOSS so that department managers can fill them out.
They will have a workflow that routes the forms to various departments for
sign-off.

So, what is the "Best Practice" for publishing forms of this nature?
MSFT - Is there a WalkThrough or Demo that covers this topic.

Hi

With the few information we have here, I would do the following

1. SharePoint, Allow multiple Content Types (Advanced settings of the
SharePoint)
2. InfoPath: Publish both Form to the Library as Content Type, this
way the manager can choose with document to create and the library can
handle the 2 types.

Or

1. Create a Forms Library in SharePoint and call it InfoPathTemplates
2. Publish the 2 InfoPath Forms to the newly created Forms Library
3. Add content types in the original library with the ones from
InfoPathTemplates

This way you can reuse the templates in several other libraries

The questions is about the columns you like to show in the library, as
not all fields will be the same. Here you need to find a deal with
the user. Theoratically you can show all fields, but that will not be
ideal
