Publish Web

I have finished a web page in Frontpage 2002.
I have saved it and critiqed it to get exactly what I want.
Now that I want to publish this page to my website,
I click on file>Publish Web, but Publish Web is grayed out.
What do I need to do.
This has never happened before.
Need help.
Thanks.

You probably didn't create a local web. You publish a web, not a page. If
you only want to upload a page, use FTP.
