Publish when Updated Event occurs (Project 2007)

Hi,

We have set up rules so that when task updates are submitted that preoject
are automatically updated. I like an event handler for when such an update
occurs on a project that Project Server 2007 publishes that updated project?

Is this doable? I have not done this before? Does anyone have the code for
such an event handler?
