FP2000
I'm using Hostway as a provider on a unix based server.

I recently converted my web site to FP2K and cannot seem to get it published
correctly.

In the main web site address, the index.html page is in the www subdirectory
and this works fine.

I created a sub-web named test that is at the same level as www.

When I try to publish, I get the message that FP can't find the extensions
and it switches to ftp. I have installed the FP extensions at the
www(test) level using the administrator tools from the ISP and I can see the
_borders, _derived, _fpclass, _overlay, _private, _themes subdirectories
which appeared after I added them.

What is FP looking for when I try to publish in the test location? Are all
the elements not there? Did Hostway not include something?

Any help to get off the dime will be appreciated.

TIA, GWB

You need to check to see if your web host allows you to create and/or publish to subwebs, not all
host allow this.
