When I use publish in FP2003 what do I put for the remote site URL. I am
using a subfolder for testing purposes off of westcoastmopar.org/rporzio
Do I type all of that or only westcoastmopar.org When I put in the whole
string it tells me that a web site does not exist at that location, I know
its there because I've used it to practice ftp. Thoughts

Thanks, Ralph

FTP and HTTP are 2 completely diffferent protocols. Just because a location
is accessible via FTP doesn't make it accessible via HTTP.

If rporzio is just a folder (I think you said it was in previous posts) you
would just enter http://www.westcoastmopar.org. If it's really a
subweb/subsite you'd open FP locally and rporzio would show as a folder with
a blue globe on it in your File List, double click on that (which will open
another instance of FP with the subweb opened in it) then File | Publish
Website to http://www.westcoastmopar.org/rporzio.

Again, though if you used ftp on an extended website chances are you wacked
the extensions again.
