published a custom form to a folder and affected others

I published a custom form to a folder that changed de default 'sent
item' save location. Now, every folder of the same branch is affected.
If I reply from those folders, the sent item is saved in that folder,
instead of in the default 'sent item' folder.

can someone shed a light on this?
