Published Calendar Deleted before removing from server

I had created a published calendar for testing purposes. I had published it
to a local WebDav inside my corporate network. I then deleted the calendar
from Outlook before removing it as a published calendar. Now when ever I do a
send/receive I get an error saying that the calendar cannot be found. I went
in and changed the defined send/receive group and no longer get the error but
I would like to remove the shared calendar from inside Outlook. It is NOT
listed in the Account Settings options under Internet Calendars or Published
Calendars. The only place it is found is under the Send/Receive Settings -
All Accounts window.

If its only in Send and Receive, try renaming the SRS file for your profile.
