Published form data not showing on Sharepoint

I have an Infopath 2003 form published on Sharepoint in a form library. I
send two pieces of data to be columns on the library. The columns used to
contain info from the form, but now they appear blank. I do update my forms
and republish every two months or so. I am puzzled why these columns appear
black on the sharepoint library, when I know both pieces of data are from
required fields on the form.

Thanks for your response.
It turns out that if another user completes a form and submits it the
columns are populated with the data from the form, however, when I create
forms those same columns are left blank.
