Published Forms listed under ACTIONS

[It's Me]

When I use Publish Form and save it to INBOX, it lists
it under "ACTIONS", how can I remove what I have
Published ?

tools, options, other tab, advanced button. Custom forms button, manage
forms button. find and delete the form - use the Set button to browse to the
folder in outlook if you need to.
