Published Interactive buttons not behaving

Hello - I just published my site, and the interactive main link buttons seem
to be missing their"passover" and "pushed" pictures. They still work, send to
pages. There are other secondary links on two other pages that are working
just fine with all three pictures. I compared files on the remote server, and
it has the exact button files as my local site. Any ideas of what happened,
or what I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance. Link below

Your Interactive Buttons (IB) are in an included file, which is located in a
folder below the root.
IBs will not work in this situation. The include file must be in a folder
at the same "level" as the page it is included in - for the home page, that
means the root folder.
