Published Office 2003 to Upgrade installed Office 2k?

All -
We are trying to upgrade Office 2000 installs using a Group Policy published
install of Office 2k3. The original install was executing using setup.exe.

We have created an MST using the Office Resource Kit, and, made sure that
the transform indicated "Upgrade Existing versions."

The upgrade seemed to work AOK. However, if there was not a newer version
of the program in the install, the original was left (Frontpage was the big
one here). We would prefer to remove Frontpage and any others completely
also.

Can this be done (or, did we miss a checkbox?)
