Published project can't be viewed in View a Project

We have a published project, and suddenly when you click on it from Project
Center, it sits there for a while, and then comes back with a blank grid.

I published it again with a new name, and now there is a message that there
is no information to view.

I saved it locally under another name, and Imported it to Project Server.
Same thing.

Resources are getting emails about all of the assignments.

This is the only project behaving this way. I have no idea where to begin
troubleshooting this.
