Published Project not in PWA

We are using Project Server 2002 (SP1). We have a project that can be opened
in Project Professional 2002, edited and published and users see their tasks
in their PWA Task Page. However, the project itself does not show in the
Project Central Project Summary View. We have no filters on this view. Not
even the administrator can see the project in Project Central. However, using
File / Open, we can open the project in Project Professional 2002.

Any ideas?
