Published Project not in PWA

Using Project Server 2002 (SP1), we have an enterprise project that can be
opened, edited and published in Project Professional 2002, but does not
appear in the Project Central page of PWA. We have no filters on the Project
Summary view. not even the Administrator can see this project in the Project
Central page. It can be seen in Admin Clean Up Project server database
option. Yet, we can use File / Open in Project Professional to modify the
project. Also, users do get tasks from this project showing up in their Task
Page of PWA.

Any ideas why it cannot be seen on the Project Central page?

Try to Collaborate > publish > republish assignments

There is also the Project View Populator utility that helps you republish
the project plans.
