Published Projects, last half of task list displays first

When we import this particular file (other files uneffected), the Project
summary task displays at line 118, and the first 117 tasks follow. Meanwhile
the "bottom half" of the task list shows up as lines 1-117. Have tried
re-publishing from a new MPP file 4 times to no avail.

Any ideas?
