Published site loses navigation buttons and theme.

Good Morning,
I created my site with MFP 2000 and it's been up and running for almost 2
years. I never had a problem until recent. When I make any changes live on
the server, I have lost either the navigation or theme or both. I would pay
to have the site resotored. I am getting ERROR messages: "A runtime error has
occured. Do you wish to debug... " I got one just now writing this message.
Can anyone shed light on this for me?

Hi AbracaDeb,

Have you asked your host about the error messages you are seeing? You might
want to try that first.
