Published Word Doc works with Firefox but not with IE

Hi,

I have developed a VSTO 2.0 word document application and have published it
to an intranet website. I have setup all of the permissioning on the
Client's computer but when we try and open the Word Document on with IE, none
of the customizations are loaded. If we load it with FireFox, the
customizations work. Is there any special permissioning on the IE Temp
folder that needs to be setup? I have no clue why it does not work on IE.
