Publisher 07 - Rotate Text Box?

I'm trying to create a cover page for a booklet and have Text Boxes
that I would like to rotate around a chip images. I see the option to
flip 90 degrees, but is there a way to just rotate the box a bit 45
degree, etc.

Right-click the text box, format text box, size tab. There is a rotation option
in this dialogue.
