I recently upgraded my PC from Windows ME to XP-home, and
also installed Office XP. Now my previously installed
version of Publisher 2002 won't work at all. When I try
to do any activity (Open, New, etc.), I get a fatal error
message:
"The instruction at 'OX77f580dd' referenced memory
at "OX00000007." The memory could not be written"
The only option is to terminate the program.
I have searched the MS knowledge base, and Publisher
support pages, looking for some idea of what's going on
and why. I have tried un-installing and then re-
installing Pub 2002 from original CD. Any suggestions?
