Help, I have created a 10 page web site in publisher 2002
I have saved it as a web page and only the home page
appears - I can not use the links to get to the other
pages and my pictures do not appear. This is the first
time I have used publisher and although it was very easy
to use I can not for the life of me find the answers to
these problems in the help menu.
thank you!

I cannot get 2003 to run audio files off my web site. I use a series of
simple text boxes to set up links to audio files on my site. Naturally, I
have never had a problem setting these up in 2000. When I try this in 2003,
I select insert hyperlink, pick a wav or mp3 just as I did with 2000, and
select OK. When I test with web page preview they will not run. When I place
the pointer over the text box I get a flyover indicating the proper path to
the file. I have also published the files (save as web page in 2000) to see
if the audio files appear in the publish directory as they did in 2000. I
have attempted to save this site back to pub 2000 but I cannot open it in
2000(on another machine) after I have done that. It gives me a file locked
message even though the file is not in use by any other program. I have an
mp3 file that launches on the home and that works fine. Anybody know what
I'm doing wrong in 2003?

Probably not uploading the file to the server and setting the link to that
url.

In version 2000 when you linked to an external file 2000 would copy it to
the site for you. As of version 2002 that is no longer the case (refer to
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;296823 ).

It looks like you skipped 2002, so I recommend visiting
http://www.davidbartosik.com/pub2002.htm to learn the changes that occurred
with that version.
