Publisher 2002 prints only right side of page on my letterhead pap

When I print out a Publisher document onto regular printer paper the
print-out of the document is fine. When I print the same document onto my
commercially printed letterhead only the right side of the document prints.
The left side is empty.
I am using a Brother MFC 420CN printer. I am totally stumped and can't
figure why it won't print on my letterhead which is Strathmore Writing 25%
cotton paper.
Any ideas? Thanks

Do you have the latest drivers for your printer? Brother has a driver with a
timestamp of July 2004. Brother also has a Printer Wizard dated February 2005.
Do you have more than one tray?
