Publisher 2003 animation timeline

I find the power point 2003 animation and timeline to be a good addition. It
was a bit time consuming to figure the plot out, but I now am using it
regularly. I use Publisher 2003 for my web pages. Would it be a reasonable
request for the next version of office to have animation and a timeline
included in Publisher?

Considering Publisher was designed for page layout for print materials,
animation probably isn't high on the list of added features.
