Can anyone recommend a good book on Publisher 2003? There doesn't seem to
be too many "out there".

Microsoft has not created any MS Press books for Publisher 2003 (or 2002).
Have you tried Amazon.com? There are a few available there. --

Yes. A couple on Pub2002. One due to be released on 2003.
