Publisher 2003 - grainy text

I am attempting to put together an email newsletter and when I send it
out, the recipient's newsletter text is grainy/pixely. How do I get my
text to be properly filled in?

You have probably converted the text to an image. Check under tools >
options > web tab and make sure that the option to send the email as an
image is not checked. If the font is not a web font, that can result in an

You might consider sending the email as a pdf and attaching it. This is
probably the most foolproof way. If you are using 2007, you can use the PDF
add in, or www.primopdf.com is a good freebie.
