Publisher 2003 hangs when selecting clip art with blue globe in co

Hi all,
Publisher 2003 is hanging (locks up completely) when I select clip art that
has the blue globe in the left bottom corner (meaning it resides on the web
instead of on my computer). Does anyone have a fix? Thanks.

Empty your temporary cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options,
delete files.

Thanks, Mary. I deleted my temporary cache as you suggested, but Publisher
still hangs if I select clip art with the blue globe. Have any other ideas?

Open the Organizer from start, Microsoft Office Tools, when the Organizer opens,
tools, compact. If that doesn't do it, click help in the Organizer, detect and
repair.
Can you connect to the Office site? Can you copy/paste drag/drop from there?

Does the clipart hang when you insert into any other program, such as Word?
Is your graphics driver current?

Are you getting any errors?
Click help in Publisher, scroll down to "See Also", click Online Content
Settings... Be certain "Search online content when connected" is enabled.

ClipArt with a blue globe? I've never seen a blue globe on anything but web
folders...not even images within a web folder.
