Publisher 2003, how can I produce an ebook?

I just purchased Publisher 2003. I'm writing a book and wondering if I can
use Publisher to put it together. I want to know how, where to find info on
using Publisher to produce an ebook, also how to copy into a Word 2003 or
Publisher 2003 jpeg files of documents like a scanned Telegram which I'd
place on the page for effect. Can anyone guide me?
