publisher 2003 - image enlargement

when I am designing a website with publisher 2003. I am having trouble
enlarging the thumbnail photo I have inserted onto a page. In essence what I
am trying to find out is how does publisher allow me to enlarge an image by
single or double clicking on that image. What is the process?. Ideally I
would like the image to fill or at least half fill the web page.
As this is for a photography site it is important that I am able to create
this link.
I hope someone can help
